Advanced Plumbing & Heating has been a pleasure to work with. I have worked with them in 2021 for oil to gas conversion. I had received quotes from 3 other companies as well and ultimately chose them. Michael come in and didn’t rush the process and was able to explain everything and answer all my question. The guys did an amazing job and were a pleasure to work with. Now in 2023 I gave Michael a call again for a heat pump installation to replace my ac units. He was able to answer my questions about rebates and included them in the quote. Devin & team were once again on time, helpful, clean and courteous. I don’t plan on using any other company for my plumbing and heating projects.

Great job. Very knowledgeable plumber. My home is much quieter now that my leaky faucet is fixed.

Dwight was amazing. He was so kind and thorough. He replaced a sump pump and answered all my questions. He took care to keep the job site clean. I highly recommend this company, especially Dwight.

Joey has been amazing from start to finish. He started with our shower a month ago which hasn’t leaked at all. Today, Joey did our upstairs bathroom toilet and it hasn’t leaked since he left an hour ago. I will continue to use advanced plumbing!

Chris is a very knowledgeable service tech and quickly diagnosed the problem with the humidifier furnace unit. Ordered part and returned to complete the repair in a short time. Have been using Advanced Plumbing & Heating for a few years to service and maintain our boiler. They have always provided great customer service. Chris got our boiler up and running again this year when it was not working. He explained the problem and made suggestions to ensure it would run in future years. We are extremely happy with the work he completed during both visits. We highly recommend Advanced Plumbing & Heating.

This is the second time John serviced our plumbing needs. Based on his prior work at our home I asked if he could respond on July 21st. He is polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Moreover, he is neat, wore black rubber gloves, analyzed the problem, explained the problem and reason for the problem, and went to work fixing it. First, he replaced the existing “Sink Basket Strainer.” The second major problem was a clog in the piping drain line itself. John scanned the cellar ceilings which are not open but enclosed with insulation and with finished ceiling tiles. He then cleared a drain clog with a “forty foot” cable machine.

John is an asset to Advanced Plumbing. And (if possible) we would like John to service our home if the need presents itself in the future.

Joe was great in doing a fantastic job under difficult circumstances.

As I said when I called to schedule an estimate for more work at my house, the experience with Advance Plumbing could not have been better. The information Mike gave me was precise for the problem. Donnie, your plumber was professional, efficient, courteous, and neat.

As a construction manager with 50 years experience, I worked for an ethical, quality oriented company and have seen a lot of plumbers. Your company ranks in the top of the group. It's good to know there are good contractors still providing quality service at reasonable cost.

John your plumber is neat, clean, and exacting in his work & explanations and offers positive & useful suggestions for the Plumbing & Heating environments we have installed in our home! In fact, when I placed our service call, I asked the scheduler if she could assign the same tech (John) we had for our previous service call. John was available so she honored my request. (GOOD STUFF)

Prompt, Courteous, Skilled. That describes Joe who came out to fix our leaky sink. He arrived when I expected and was very professional. He also left the sink cleaner than when he found it. If necessary, I will call Advance Plumbing again.

I have had a few unfortunate plumbing emergencies and much needed pipe work - the service was immediate, and everything was explained to me so I would understand the necessary options and steps to correct the problem. Michael from Advance Plumbing and Heating was great. Very fair, courteous and knowledgeable. Responded very quickly to an emergency call on a Sunday and was able to diagnose and fix the problem by the next day. Very fair and considerate in pricing. I would definitely use him again with any plumbing related issue!

I read reviews of any service provider I use before I'll even call. I did this with Advance, and was so pleased to see that every positive comment I read here was true. They were able to fit me in on the same day I called and even called later that day let me know exactly when to expect the plumber. When he arrived, he was so personable, efficient and honest. I will absolutely call again for service and would happily recommend Advance to friends and family.

I have never had such quick service in my life! We had a plumbing problem, and I instantly saw my whole day flash before my eyes---ruined. But, I called and left a message that I needed a plumber and I got a call back in less than two minutes, no lie. A plumber was at my house in 10 minutes - again, no lie. From the time I left the message to the time the job was done, the total time taken was an hour! I will recommend you anytime I am given the opportunity. Thanks for the great service!!!

Had a water heater emergency that needed fixing. Joe called back quickly, and showed up a little later with a new hot water heater which he and Dave put in. Timely, neat, fair pricing all add up to I'll call them again if I need plumbing or heating services.

We have had Joe come out several times for various needs (everything from fixing a leak to running gas lines for a new gas stove) and he has always been fantastic! He is prompt, courteous, and knows his stuff. It's wonderful to have a plumber that you can truly trust!!

Great work guys. Talked to Mike in the morning, had Joe show up in the afternoon at exactly the right time. He went straight to diagnosing the root of the problem (clogged kitchen sink) and ended up being a lot less work and money than originally thought (no snaking required, it turns out the pipe had a bend in it and that's where the clog was). I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know - it's rare to get smart and honest contractors.

Just want to thank you guys for a great job at a reasonable price! Not only was I pleasantly surprised but you've restored my faith that there are still honest , reliable and fair professionals still in business today.
